Accomodations

Rooms are $99 per night for single or double accommodations, plus appropriate state and local taxes of 9.375%. All room reservations must be made by June 27, 2009 , in order to receive the $99 rate. The PDS Convention will be held July 29-31, 2009, at the Hyatt Regency Long Island in Hauppauge, New York. Map it!
The Hyatt Regency Long Island at Hamlet Wind Watch Golf Club is located 7 miles/12 minutes from the Long Island Islip MacArthur Airport (ISLIP). Southwest Airlines occupies the majority of the airport with 44 daily flights. The airport also services the following airlines: Continental, Delta, American Eagle, and US Airways. JFK International Airport (JFK) is approximately 42 miles/60 minutes from the hotel. LaGuardia International Airport (LGA) is approximately 41 miles/60 minutes from the hotel. In addition, the Long Island Railroad (LIRR) is easily accessible through Penn Station in New York City.

From Ronkonkoma Train Station
The station is 10 minutes from the hotel and the cost of taxi is approximately $10-$20 one way.

Driving Directions from Manhattan, and Points West:
Midtown Tunnel to Long Island Expressway (495) East to Exit 57 (Veterans Memorial Highway). Turn left at the light onto Motor Parkway. Conintue on Motor Parkway and the hotel is on the left.
Driving Directions from Eastern Long Island:
Long Island Expressway (495) West to Exit 57 (Veterans Memorial Highway). Make a right onto Veterans Memorial Highway. At the light make a right onto Motor Parkway. Continue on Motor Parkway and the hotel is on the left.
Driving Directions from Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISP): 7 miles from Hyatt Regency Long Island
Start going South on Johnson Ave. Take RT-454 W ramp toward I-495. Turn Slight right onto 454W for 5 miles and then take slight right onto Long Island Motor Parkway.
Driving Directions from LaGuardia Airport: 41 miles from Hyatt Regency Long Island
Grand Central Parkway East to Northern Parkway to Long Island Expressway (495) East to Exit 57 (Veterans Memorial Highway). Turn left at the light onto Motor Parkway. Continue on Motor Parkway and the hotel is on the left.
Driving Directions from JFK Airport: 42 miles from Hyatt Regency Long Island
Belt Parkway East to Southern Parkway (left hand exit). Southern Parkway to exit 41A left lane the Sagtikos Parkway North. Sagtikos Parkway North to exit S1E Long Island Expressway (495) East to Exit 57 (Veterans Memorial Highway). Turn left at the light onto Motor Parkway. Continue on Motor Parkway and the hotel is on the left.
Driving Directions from South:
I-95 North to the New Jersey Turnpike. New Jersey turnpike to the Lincoln Tunnel Exit. Merge onto NJ-495 East. Merge onto I-495 East. Stay straight to go onto Dyer Avenue. Turn left onto W. 34th Street. Turn left onto Tunnel Approach Street/Queens Midtown Tunnel Approach/I-495 East. Take the Queens Midtown Tunnel ramp. Merge onto I-495 East ( Long Island Expressway). Long Island Expressway (495) East to Exit 57 (Veterans Memorial Highway). Turn left at the light onto Motor Parkway. Continue on Motor Parkway and the hotel is on the left.
Driving Directions from North:
I-95 South to I-695 South via Exit 7A on the left toward I-295/Throgs Neck Bridge/Long Island. I-695 South becomes I-295 South. Go over the Throgs Neck Bridge and take the Cross Island Parkway exit toward Eastern Long Island. Merge onto the Long Island Expressway (495) East via exit 30E. Long Island Expressway (495) East to Exit 57 (Veterans Memorial Highway). Turn left at the light onto Motor Parkway. Continue on Motor Parkway and the hotel is on the left.
Convention Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel your registration for the convention, please call 800-669-2509 or email convention@parishdata.com. Please note if you don't show up and haven't notified the training
department of your cancellation, your organization will still be responsible for payment. Substitutions
may be made at any time.
Regular Cancellation – If you cancel March 2 through July 3, 2009, you will be refunded 80% of your registration fees.
Late Cancellation – If you cancel from July 4 to July 24, 2009, you will be refunded 50% of your registration fees.
No Refund Cancellation – Registration fees for cancellations on or after July 25, 2009, are not refundable.
Note: This cancellation policy does not include the hotel policy or the hotel cancellation.
