Listed below are the session groups being offered at the convention. When you register you will select one of the seven class sessions available during each breakout session. Start browsing sessions by catagory, and click the down arrow to display the description of the session.

The convention materials for every session are available for download to all convention attendees.

Were you unable to attend the convention this year? Our training department has a variety of ways to help you learn PDS programs including self-paced training videos, one-to-one instruction over the Internet, and on-site training. Clients enrolled in the PCP program also have access to some free videos every month.

Convention Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel your registration for the convention, please call 800-669-2509 or email convention@parishdata.com. Please note if you don't show up and haven't notified the training
department of your cancellation, your organization will still be responsible for payment. Substitutions
may be made at any time.
Regular Cancellation – If you cancel March 2 through July 3, 2009, you will be refunded 80% of your registration fees.
Late Cancellation – If you cancel from July 4 to July 24, 2009, you will be refunded 50% of your registration fees.
No Refund Cancellation – Registration fees for cancellations on or after July 25, 2009, are not refundable.
Note: This cancellation policy does not include the hotel policy or the hotel cancellation.
